The hotel is ideally located just outside the main train station. The staff allowed an early check-in at 11 AM, considerate given we had a baby. The concierge service was disappointing, as they failed to respond to multiple inquiries before and after our stay, reflecting poor customer service. While the bathroom was older, it was very clean, and the option for a pillow menu was a nice touch with fluffy, soft pillows.

Functional and delightful place, I loved superfriendly personnel.
My stay here was excellent! Hotel overlooked city and the room was brand-new and neat. The location was ideal for walking around an old Saint-Pierre cathedral. The service was excellent with parking nearby.

comfy beds in the rooms. the hotel's setting just walking distance from everything we wanted to explore, like bains des paquis. we spent our evenings in nearby les brasseurs enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

The classic room is brand-new and has coffee, terrace and free wireless internet access. The breakfast is reasonable, the staff are very professional and genuinely helpful. The hotel offers unbeatable and comfy location in addition to trains.
